Practice Partner

Ruky is a HR specialist and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development (CIPD).

Ruky comes from a HR and Management background with over 10 years’ experience in developing and managing people to achieve business and career goals.

Prior to joining Ridley & Hall, Ruky was employed by a not for profit housing association, supporting the business with the right strategies and tools to confidently recruit the right calibre of candidate to deliver person centred care to older people, devising and implementing policies and procedures, delivering cost effective and robust recruitment plans, managing large teams to deliver required results.

Ruky is very passionate about delivering excellent service and support to staff, working  with individuals to build strong relationships to understand what is required and deliver a tailored support both staff and clients.

Ruky joins the team as Practice Manager to support the partners with all aspects of HR, IT services, premises, facilities, compliance with Lexcel and Investors in People standards. The role also includes managing a team of staff who deliver front of house and administration tasks.

When Ruky is not working she enjoys watching films both at home and the cinema, reading a variety of novels, spending time with family and friends and a 2014 goal and aspiration to become more active –  enjoying the scenic walks across Yorkshire.
