Adam is a Director & Head of our Pontefract office.
Adam was appointed Managing Director in 2012-2018, having previously held the role of Technology and Business Development Partner with the firm for the previous 12 months. Adam comments: “This was without doubt the most challenging but rewarding chapter of my career to date having started the role back in 2012 as one of the youngest MD’s in the country. During this period I was responsible for strategically developing our various niches with associated growth in excesses of 25%. We attracted inspiring talent and enabled those within the organisation to progress. This is only a small part of Ridley and Hall’s fantastic 90 year history but something I am immensely proud of.”
