Jill Waddington is a solicitor with over 17 years’ experience and head of Ridley & Hall’s Wills & Probate department. Jill joined the Wills & Probate team at Ridley & Hall in February 2007. She has experience in all aspects of private client work and specialises in Wills, Estates and tax planning, trusts, powers of attorney and Court of Protection work.  Jill is a fully qualified member of Solicitors for the Elderly and a full member of the Private Client Section of the Law Society. Jill offers free legal advice supporting the Age UK Calderdale & Kirklees initiative and regularly participates in various free Wills schemes. Along with several colleagues Jill participated in the Jane Tomlinson 10K run raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support. Jill is also a member of Ridley & Hall’s Elderflower team.

Lynsey Bashforth is a Solicitor who joined Ridley & Hall in July 2019. Lynsey was the sole director of Bashforth-Young Solicitor until it was acquired by Ridley & Hall in 2019. Bashforth-Young Solicitor was a boutique specialist Wills & Probate firm located in South Elmsall Pontefract. Lynsey still works out of the South Elmsall offices where she established the practice and where all services of Ridley and Hall can now be provided to the community....

Deborah Kaye joined the firm’s Private Client Team in July 2019, to contribute to the growth of that department. She brings with her a wealth of experience, having worked in this area of the law for over 20 years. Helen joined Ridley & Hall’s Wills & Probate team in September 2013 and has over nine years’ post-qualification experience in her chosen field. Helen is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, Solicitors for the Elderly and the Wills & Probate Section of the Law Society.
