Lucy initially joined Ridley & Hall in August 2018 as a Paralegal. Lucy has since completed her training contract and was admitted to the roll of solicitors in October 2021. Previous to this Lucy studied at the University of Huddersfield and undertook a History degree and later completed the Graduate Diploma in Law followed by the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in Leeds.
Lucy also has experience of working as a paralegal at Bankfield Heath Solicitors in Leeds, which specialises in Asylum and Immigration law. This has given her a keen insight into helping the most vulnerable clients.
Lucy now works in Ridley & Hall’s Wills & Probate Team and undertakes a variety of private client work ranging from Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney to Estate Administration. Lucy has a friendly and down to earth approach which enables her to assist clients effectively.
Outside of work, Lucy has a keen interest in sport and is a Leeds United fan. She also enjoys playing football on the weekends for Hepworth United, a team based near Holmfirth.
