Thank you so much for taking my case on and nailing it for us. It‘s all over and we are so relieved. Thank you for putting up with my worries, fears, anxiety and stressful moments. I and my family are extremely grateful to you and we got the outcome we deserved. Thanks James so much
The Local Authority became involved with my grandchildren and I contacted Ridley & Hall Solicitors as I wanted to be their long term carer. I found their customer service to be excellent and felt that I was kept informed throughout my case. During my appointment and in letters received information was passed on in a non complicated straight forward way I found James Cook to be marvellous and very easy to speak to and he always gave straight forward clear answers to any questions that I might have had. The support staffs including James’s assistant Nicki were all lovely and I always felt that they had the time to speak to me no matter when I rang I was extremely pleased with the outcome of my case and I certainly wouldn’t have gone anywhere else. I would recommend Ridley & Hall Solicitors one hundred per cent to any grandparent who has issues regarding their grandchildren.
